Child Yoga and Mindfulness
Child Yoga and Mindfulness is all about the connection between the mind, body and breath. Practicing these skills leads to a positive increase in the areas of attention, mental and physical health, self-awareness and self-regulation, as well as social emotional development.
In our fun and interactive themed classes, we incorporate mindful movement, stories and songs, breath work. and relaxation techniques, among many other activities. Classes are currently being offered to children between the ages of 3-13 years of age.
Our classes can be taught in our studio, in your home, or at your school.
